Christopher Mack is Director, Creative Talent Investment & Development for Netflix International Originals.
He was previously Senior Vice President of Scripted Content for Stage 13, overseeing all of the brand’s original scripted series and development slates across multiple genres, including Emmy nominated Netflix series’ Special and It’s Bruno. Before Stage 13, Chris headed the Warner Bros. Workshop, the writing and directing program for professionals looking to start and/or further their careers in television. Over a period of 10 years in this role, Chris curated a roster of close to 100 writers and 50 directors representing the breakthrough emerging voices working on high-profile television shows today. In addition to these responsibilities, Chris has covered hit shows such as “Two and a Half Men” and “Smallville” for the Current Programs department.
Prior to joining Warner Bros., Chris spent seven years writing on various one-hour dramas including “ER,” “The Practice” and “The New Twilight Zone.” After graduating from Loyola Law School, Chris got his start in television at NBC Studios as an associate and he quickly rose to become an executive. During his time at the newly created NBC Studios, he oversaw a varied list of shows including: “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, “In The House,” among others.
EDDY TERSTALL
FILM DIRECTOR, SCREENWRITER
Eddy Terstall debuted his first film, Transit, in 1992. He started Political Science and Sociology studies at the University of Amsterdam but didn’t finish as he turned to filmmaking.
His 2004 film Simon won four Golden Calves and is considered the first instalment from a series of three films focusing on freedoms: death, sexuality and the rule of law. The other two were Sextet (2007) and Vox Populi (2008).
Terstall’s first collaboration with Erik Wünsch resulted in Meet me in Venice, World Cinema Award at Woodstock Film Festival for Best Foreign Film and Best Actress in a Leading Role (Roberta Petzoldt) and the film Alberta.
Eddy And Erik are currently writing the tv-series “the Land of Johan”, about the recent history of the Netherlands.
ELISE SCHAAP
ACTRESS
After great successes such as UNDERCOVER and MY FATHER IS AN AIRPLANE, Elise is now one of the most celebrated actresses in the Netherlands, and she plays a major role in Dutch cinema and tv.
After the success of the series UNDERCOVER on Netflix, the film FERRY followed, and most recently, the spin-off FERRY THE SERIES, in which she plays one of the main roles as Danielle, both also to be seen on Netflix.
The film MY FATHER IS AN AIRPLANE premiered at the Dutch Film Festival in 2021, and Elise was nominated for Best Actor for this role.
Next year she will be seen in four films; SOOF 3, FAITHFULLY YOURS, HOTEL SINESTRA and STROMBOLI. In this last film, Elise once again plays the lead role alongside Tim McInnerny (Nothing Hill), Anna Chancellor (The Crown) and Christian Hillborg (Young Royals), among others.
Elise has become well established in Dutch cinema and T.V. We saw her in the hugely popular program HET KLOKHUIS, in SOOF, NEW ZEER, I.M., and in the TV-KANTINE with her hilarious impersonations, such as Lady Gaga.
In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Elise won the Televizier Star for Best Actor for her T.V. productions.
In the cinema, Elise appeared in films such as BRIDE FLIGHT, FAREWELL TO THE MOON (nomination for best female supporting actor Dutch Film Festival), APRIL, MAY AND JUNE, and SO WHAT IS LOVE?
Besides her film career, Elise is currently developing her own projects for film and T.V.; her first project will soon be seen on RTL, on Dutch television.
JAN HARLAN
FILM PRODUCER
Jan Harlan joined Stanley Kubrick in 1969 for a film on Napoleon, which was unfortunately abandoned. He later was executive producer for all Kubrick films such as The Shining, Full Metal Jacket, Eyes Wide Shut, Barry Lyndon and worked on other unrealised projects with Stanley Kubrick. After Kubrick passing in 1999, he worked with Steven Spielberg on “A.I. Artificial Intelligence” and made documentaries on Stanley Kubrick and actor Malcolm McDowell for Warner Bros.

Marina Blok has been Head of Drama of the Public Broadcaster NTR since 2000. Marina is responsible for drama series such as 'Annie MG', 'A’dam – E.V.A'. and 'Hollands Hoop'.
Marina is also the co-producer of films including the international award-winning movies: Alex van Warmerdam's Borgman, Mijke de Jong's Layla M., Paula van der Oest's Tonio and Jim Taihuttu's Wolf.
An important focal point of the drama department is the development of young fiction talent, eighteen short films (10-50 minutes) are produced annually in two programs: KORT! and One Night Stand.
NORA EL KOUSSOUR
ACTRESS
Nora El Koussour debuted with the leading role in the Toronto International Film Festival selection Layla M. for which she won the Gouden Kalf for Best Actress, 2077. She starred in successful films such as Marokkaanse Bruiloft (2022) and De Belofte van Pisa (2019) and the short films Nervosa, Stuckwitu, Harmonia and, most recently, Emotional Girl.
On television, she has appeared in successful series such as Kerstgezel.nl (2020, NPO), the British series Baghdad Central (2020, Channel 4) and Mocro Maffia (2018-2021, Videoland). She is also known for her stage work and will reprise her role in Emma Watson - The Play in December.

He started as a graffiti artist in the early ’80s and worked as an illustrator, and comic book artist throughout the 90’s when he progressed to street poetry.
RENÉ WOLF
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS & SENIOR PROGRAMMER AT EYE
René Wolf (1963) studied political science and communication in Nijmegen. He worked in Filmhuis Arnhem as a volunteer (1985-1988) before working at the film museum. Since 1988 he has worked in several positions at the film museum, now EYE, mainly in publicity, programming and distribution.

Roel Reiné is an award-winning director from the Netherlands, whose works include multiple feature films and television series for Universal, 20th Century Fox, Sony, Lionsgate, Netflix, Disney+, Starz, Showtime and many more.
Roel Reiné won the Dutch Academy Award for Best Director in 2000 with his first theatrical feature, 'The Delivery', and was nominated for Best Director in 2015 for his historical drama 'Michiel De Ruyter'.
His 2015 Feature film 'Admiral', a.k.a. 'Michiel De Ruyter', had a successful theatrical release worldwide. The film was a major financial success worldwide and held a remarkable position among the top ten box office revenues of the Netherlands in 2015.
Roel Reiné began directing for prime-time US television shows; Series like 'Black Sails' for Starz and 'Blood Drive' for Syfy. By 2017, he led the pilot episodes of 'Marvel's Inhumans' for Marvel Studios and IMAX.
In 2017, Roel Reiné also directed another Europan Feature Film named 'Redbad'. This movie has been theatrically released worldwide and has won many awards for Best Director, Best Cinematography and Best Foreign Language Movie on several international film festivals.
In 2018 and 2019, Reiné has been directing epic TV shows like 'Knighfall' and 'Wu Assassins' for Netflix. Also, a TV movie for Shark Week and a highly acclaimed docudrama miniseries for History Channel about George Washington called 'Washington' that broke viewing records.
In 2020 & 2021, Roel Reiné directed two episodes of the epic Science Fiction TV show 'Halo' for Showtime/Paramount+ and Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment. He has also directed a new feature film franchise for Netflix called ‘Fistful of Vengeance’ in the same years.
Currently, Roel is directing a new TV series for History Channel about the Rome Colosseum while finishing post-production on the Netflix feature film and finishing the visual effects on the science fiction TV series.
WILLEKE VAN AMMELROOY
ACTRESS, DIRECTOR
Willeke has been seen for decades as one of the biggest movie stars in the Netherlands. She has starred in more than 70 movies, including some 'classics' such as: 'De Lift', 'Ciske de Rat', 'Wan Pipel'. Her feature debut was in Mira (1971) by the hand of Oscar-winner Fons Rademakers. This movie was nominated for a Palme d'Or at Cannes Film Festival.
Willeke played Antonia in the Oscar-winning film 'Antonia's Line'. This role also granted her the golden calf for best actress. In 2000 she won a golden calf again for her role in 'Lijmen het been'. In 2006 she played Sandra Bullock's mother in The Lake House, starring also Keanu Reeves.
In 2012 she won the Golden Calf Culture Prize (aka the Dutch Honorary Oscar) for her contribution to Dutch cinema.
Willeke also stepped in directing, and she directed several short films, commercials and the feature film 'The Butterfly Lifts the Cat'.
