Interakt is an award-winning Dutch production company based in Amsterdam focussed on documentaries, film, series and art installations. The diversity of the productions has a common denominator of cultural, social, historical or educational importance. When founded in 1998, Interakt mostly produced multimedia and interactive productions. Since 2000 the main outputs are documentaries and series.

TIMO OTTEVANGER

Hand Timo Ottevanger any camera and he'll create something explosive yet provoking. Describing his own directing style as 'musical', Timo places great focus on the dynamic rhythm of his films.

Starting his career as an actor, Timo followed with a course at the Dutch Film Academy where his work left a lasting impression. There he further developed his talents of mixing genres and visual styles, gripping cinematic flair and character-driven storytelling.

Timo's first web series, BAD INFLUENCER, was highly successful. He is currently directing a science fiction episode for a Videoland series, whilst developing his first feature film.
