Director/artist ROSTO, and his Studio Rosto A.D, are well known for music videos, television work and independent short films. Rosto is the author of the media project 'Mind my Gap', which includes the online graphic novel, music, print and a multi-awarded short film trilogy that brought him international recognition. Music has always been a driving force in Rosto’s films. His work got the attention of international (music) artists who shown interest to work with the director. For his 'The Monster of Nix' he counted with the collaborations of the Metropole Orkest, The Residents, Terry Gilliam and Tom Waits. His last short film 'Splintertime' is the third part in a series of four films. Previous parts were 'No Place Like Home' and 'Lonely Bones', which took home a series of awards, including the Grand Prize of the biggest North-American animation festival in Ottawa. 'Reruns' will be the fourth and last instalment of the Thee Wreckers Tetralogy.
