We can’t wait to welcome our special guest, producer GARETH WILEY. Gareth has been producing films for the past 18 years. ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’ and ‘Match Point’ are just some of the iconic movies in his credit list, which includes four films directed by Woody Allen. Let’s learn more about Gareth’s career, his movies, and find out some cool tips on producing films.

MORE ABOUT GARETH:

Gareth has been working as a film producer & executive producer since 2002. He has produced independent feature films with budgets totalling over $100 million, including four with Woody Allen. Having persuaded the New Yorker to move his 2004 movie to London, the collaboration grew until in January 2009, he won the Best Picture Golden Globe for Woody’s “Vicky Cristina Barcelona”. This was Gareth’s second Golden Globe nomination in four years, having been previously nominated in 2006 for his first collaboration with Woody Allen, “Match Point”.

In 2009 and 2010, Gareth served as the External Examiner of the MA in Screen Writing at Goldsmiths College in London.

In 2013, Gareth launched a new online film finance tool, www.screenadvantage.com, which now has subscribers in 20 countries around the world (with users including Oscar® & Golden Globe® winning producers as well as film students) and hosts finance plans with budgets totalling over $18.5 billion.
