Our special guest for this session is the award-winning producer LEONTINE PETIT. She has co-produced the acclaimed film ‘The Lobster’ directed by Yorgos Lanthimos and the well-received film, ‘Zama’ directed by Lucrecia Martel. Currently, Leontine is co-producing the biggest television series in the Netherlands, ‘Heirs of the Night’. Leontine Petit is the founder and CEO/producer of Lemming Film, which has successfully (co-)produced 45 feature films and 15 TV series in Europe and beyond. In 2016, she was awarded the prestigious Eurimages Coproduction Award at the European Film Awards in 2016. Leontine is also helping to connect the global film community as the president of ‘Bridging the Dragon’, uniting European and Chinese filmmakers.
